Well today I still have to smile, even when things go wrong. First, I heard of my Aunt's father passing away last night. I know he is in heaven but he was wonderful to me. He was a great guy and a wonderful person to know.
Then while I was in the middle of cooking steaks the stove/oven decided to stop working. At least I got the kids steaks cooked.:) I was in the middle of cooking my mil steak. So I had to run out to Wal-Mart and get a griddle. I had one at one time and someone had dropped it , this happened over a year ago. I decided not to get another one but tonight I didn't have any choice. Now if I can figure out how to cook like pasta and rice without a stove. I even tried the circuit breaker and it wasn't that. I don't know what it is. :( Maybe I should learn how to fix a stove. LOL I have to smile. This stove is only 3 years old. It shouldn't go that quickly. I guess my birthday gift will be getting the stove fixed.:) Yeah.:)
Well I am learning that you have to keeep smiling.:) Smiling helps to get through the tough times. The Lord helps alot. He tells us in the Bible to cast our burden/troubles on Him. It helps to have the Lord to lean on.:) I am so thankful for the salvation of my Aunts dad, I am thankful that I have a crockpot and griddle that I can cook on. I am also thankful that I have a van. Our other car is still sitting in the driveway with a flat tire and is a fire hazard. I have alot to be thankful for. I don't want to complain.
I hope everyone has a bright and fun week.:)
Sharon:)
